Valentine’s Day Presents – What Not to Give Her on Valentine’s Day

Guys, you most likely viewed hundreds of Hollywood flicks where the star, stud actor attempts to “woo” the women by showering the woman with presents, flowers, as well as chocolates…and in the majority of films, this succeeds. However do women actually want these kind of things? Particularly on Valentines Day? Maybe or maybe not.

Exhibiting kindness as well as compassion can often be great…and in most cases, girls may be grateful for it. However, does this approach generate sexual attraction? Or does it leave you out of her mind and heart? Actually, it depends upon WHEN it’s being put into use…as well as in exactly what context, of course! Desirable women receive compliments and presents from guys all around them.

Believe me, they do. They’ve got guys attempting to please them constantly…on a daily basis…provided they are physically desirable. Of course, she may well like this, however it isn’t really what she Actually desires…She basically merely hopes to catch the recognition of high-valued men!

Here’s a simple fact: Real high valued guys won’t ever attempt to win over women with just Things. No – women need to impress HIM before anything else before he will ever give in to gift giving! Without a doubt, attractive girls LOVE it once they EARN a man’s charity.

So precisely WHEN do you need to offer a girl flowers and chocolates? Once you have created the ample degree of attraction, naturally! Do you think a $12 box of chocolates will get her to be attracted to you?

Focusing on the Present

One of the largest hurdles for meditation for beginners is learning to focus on the here and now. To learn what it means to find the space to see the now, to see what it means to live in the moment. Most of us are entirely unable to to do this. We have a panel of judges who condemn us for past failures that only remotely resemble our current circumstances. Every time we listen to those inner critics we relive the past.

When beginning to learn meditation, the learner may suddenly believe that they cannot meditate because when they were a child they could not sit still and listen in school. This thought can continue to comparing themselves to that one kid who they believed was better than him, distracting themselves entirely from what they originally sought to do. The key to overcoming these critics is to let go of them. Realize that these critics bind us to a single opinion and outlook on life. Realize that we cannot truly see what is real because we put everything through a filter.

Believe that you can let them go and then take action. The next time these critics make their voices heard. It can be during meditation or as we live our lives, take account of them and ask, “Is this what is?” Often times we project ourselves, our insecurities, our arrogance onto others and situations and after a few moments consideration can see that as well. Then accept the present, notice all of it details without listening to the judgment.

As we strive to live fully in the present we become mindful. We become more at peace with what preconceive, with what is, and what we believe will happen. Once we can embrace the now, we can focus and concentrate with what we meditate on.

Preparing a Perfect Rental Investment Presentation

If you are raising capital from a number of potential investors a perfect presentation could be a key component of achieving your goal. Over 150 investor presentations given in the past decade concluded in raising millions of dollars of equity capital and millions of dollars of debt equity provides a good basis for understanding how to deliver a superb presentation.

What does experience say about a good investor presentation?

  1. Clearly describe the investment.
  2. Clearly define what you will ask of the investor and how much they can invest.
  3. Describe the time frame for the investment.
  4. Explain how the invested capital will be held prior to closing the investment.
  5. Define what the investment life will be and what return to expect.
  6. Describe how the project(s) will be managed.

Describe the background and experience of the principals. Where they worked, accomplishments, investing experience, significant volunteer work and so on can be included. Some interests and personal information is good to add as it makes the principals into people and causes them to have color and depth in your presentation.

Return tables, sources and uses, and pro forma tables are critical components of the presentation. All of the information above should be included. However, the meat of your presentation should be the things like:

  • How much money the project will make, why that is reasonable, and what could effect it.
  • How much money the project will cost, why that makes sense, and what may impact the costs.
  • How risk is being managed and why this is a really smart way to do so.
  • How opportunity is being captured and why this is the smart way to grab the brass ring.
  • How you will manage the project.
  • How you will market the project.
  • How you finally get the investors capital out of the project.
  • What you will do to keep the investor completely in the loop on the project.

These items in a top line sense are the “features” of your investment. From the features, you should be talking advantages of the investment. Finally you hit the emotional button. Your presentation should be heavy on emotions for why investment and those emotions should be backed up with great graphics that say the same thing in a very visceral way to your audience.

With all this in place, you have created a compelling investor presentation that explains what the investor is getting into, all the great reasons they are doing it, and why is such perfectly exciting and wonderful thing for them to do with their money.
